Good News Popcorn lovers!

Popcorn eaters get more whole grains, fiber
Researchers found popcorn eaters have about a 250% higher intake of whole grains and 22% higher intake of fiber than non-popcorn eaters. The study also found that people who snack on popcorn also eat less meat and have higher levels of magnesium and carbohydrates than non-popcorn eaters.
